Elana - BSE Highlights - Sept 23, 2008 Sep 23, 2008, 13:40 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews The trading after the long week-end for the Bulgarian stock market began with the usual weakness. The recent losses of international markets put additional pressure and SOFIX returned to the last week lows. The index was 1.2% lower in modest volumes. Most blue chips declined but SOFIX was supported by the 6% increase of Bulgarian American Credit Bank, which continued to trade in the broad range. Shares of BACB were under pressure during the first half of the previous week and buy orders had been pushed down to BGN 46. However, orders are insignificant and the lack of buying interest for now is limiting the down movement. Albena was the worst performing blue chip as buy orders also retreated to levels of BGN 52 where several small deals were made. Industrial Holding Bulgaria and Enemona gave up most of their Friday’s gains. link
