MINISTERS SHOULD PRESENT WORKING PLANS IN THREE WEEKS
At today’s governemnt meeting Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri charged the Ministers to present working plans in three weeks. He noted that submission of plans will take place in the live broadcasting.
PREMIERE APPOINTED THE NEW VICE-PREMIERES
Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri introduced the new vice-premieres at today’s governemnt meeting. David Tkeshelashvili, head of newly created Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry, will hold the post of the first vice-premiere.

Sakartvelos Banki (Bank of Georgia) opened today the third corporate service-center in Tbilisi (Kostava Str. 70).
BLITZ-SURVEY: INSURANCE AND COMMUNICATION SERVICE FOR THE STATE STRUCTURES
State structures and state-owned organizations, which were surveyed by Sarke, mainly do not use the service of only one insurance company. While mobile communication service is provided by Magti and Geocell.
GEORGIAN RAILWAY ANNOUNCED TENDER ON ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVES’ REPARATION
LLC Georgian Railway announced an international tender on reparation of electric locomotives. Duration of the service is envisaged by 1 year (2009).
AGRICULTURE MINISTRY TO BUY MINERAL FERTILIZERS OF 25M LARI FROM JSC AZOT
Georgian Agriculture Ministry announced that mineral fertilizers (ammonium nitrate) will be distributed to farmers all over Georgia in 2009 (939,925 families in total). With these aims, the Ministry will allot 25 million lari to purchase 47,000 t of fertilizers from JSC Azot.
MCG FINANCED THE NEXT 8 PROJECTS
Millennium Challenge Georgia (MCG) fund signed 8 grant agreements in terms of agribusiness development project. Total budget made up $398,438.
UNITED TELECOM DEMANDS ADMISSION TO POTI STATION
JSC United Telecom reports that LLC Foptnet may be fined because of non-fulfillment of the decision of the National Communication Commission. According to the mentioned decision, Foptnet should have admitted United Telecom to the station in Poti, which was not implemented.
KUTAISI COURT DID NOT SATISFY THE COMPLAINT OF KAZTRANSGAZ-TBILISI
Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulating Commission reported that Kutaisi City Court did not satisfy the complaint of LLC KazTransGaz-Tbilisi today. The company demanded to cancel the decision of the Commission, which office is located in Kutaisi.
TBILISI CITY COURT PARTLY SATISFIED COMPLAINT OF CAFÉ RUSTAVELI
Press service of Tbilisi City Court announced that the Court has partly satisfied the complaint of the director of café Rustaveli Ioseb Kokoladze against the Revenue Service of the Finance Ministry. Namely, the demand of Tbilisi Tax Inspection was cancelled, which envisaged charging the café to pay 347,000 lari as a fine.
