Statement by the Delegation of the European Commission on the draft law for the protection of domestic production (12.05.2009)

The European Commission Delegation wishes to clarify that contrary to media reports, the proposed law for the protection of domestic production, which has been proposed by a MP of the People’s Party Work for Progress (NSRZB), has not been officially forwarded to the Commission for comments and has not received a favourable opinion by the Commission.

Delegacija Evropske komisije u Bosni i Hercegovini želi razjasniti da, suprotno izvještajima u medijima, predloženi Zakon za zaštitu domaće proizvodnje, koji je predložio poslanik Narodne stranke radom za boljitak (NSRZB), nije zvanično proslijeđen Evropskoj komisiji na komentare i nije dobio pozitivno mišljenje od Evropske komisije.
