EU Council and EP reach preliminary agreement on energy projects

The Czech EU Presidency and the MEPs reached a preliminary agreement on energy projects in the context of the European Economic Recovery Plan, which will receive a contribution from the EU budget to the tune of 5 billion euros.

Environment Ministers discuss the way to Copenhagen
