FFBH - Bulgaria Weekly Update - Jan 7 - 11, 2008 Jan 15, 2008, 10:20 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET WRAP-UPSOFIX 1 670.99 bp s (-2.1% WoW) and wide BG40 488.90 bps (-3.2% WoW) closed negative last week as sell pressure on the most liquid companies increased. The week gainer Toplivo (TOPL) survived on positive territory during the week by reaching BGN 29.28 (+0.5% WoW) but the liquidity of the issue remained quite low. Again we saw that in the market negative trend investors flee toward REIT sector as real estate companies remained less volatile and away from speculator’s games. We expect negative trend to continue this week as the absence of news (Q4-2007 financial reports are to be released by end-January) and liquidity needs of institutional investors will keep the sell pressure high. We also expect that this week trade will be concentrated on the bank sector as they are the first to file reports and the first one of Bulgarian American Credit Bank (BACB) already showed excellent performance. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/ffbh-bulgariaweeklyupdate-jan7-11_2008-101055

Elana - Bulgaria Daily Report - Jan 14, 2008 Jan 15, 2008, 10:47 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET HIGHLIGHTSThe market was under solid selling pressure but in moderate volumes. The large investors are still aside from the market and 70% from the deals were through the on-line system COBOS. The level of BGN 300.00 supported Odessos (ODES: 301.57; -0.07%) and the ship repair yard closed the session in the red but near the flat line. Holdings declined. Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHLBL: 10.05; -2.05%) made its sixth weak session. IHLBL felt by 11% since the beginning of the year. Chimimport (CHIM: 13.86; -3.21%) and its subsidiary Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria (ZHBG: 4.05; -2.17%) were actively traded but on the downside.Aroma (AROMA: 20.44; +3.60%) was among several gainers after the announced capital increase. On February, 19 will be provided General meeting of shareholders of AROMA in order to vote a three time capital increase to BGN 15 m. Demand for REITs remained strong. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/elana-bulgariadailyreport-jan14_2008-104210

FFBH - Bulgaria Morning Update - Jan 15, 2008 Jan 15, 2008, 13:58 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET WRAP-UPThe week started with a large number of negative changes. The lack of buyers again made it easy for the prices to drop sharply under the sell pressure. SOFIX closed at 1634.61 (-1.54%) after the significant down moves in Albena (ALB, BGN 106.07, -3.58%) and Chimimport (CHIM, BGN 13.86, -3.21%). The only companies to support the index were Neochim (NEOH, BGN 69.12, +3.01%) and Bulgarian American Credit Bank (BACB, BGN 78.08, +3.84%) which released record 2007 results. The equally weighted BGTR30 moved 0.20% down to 1036.47 bps following the huge 7.74% loss in Polimeri (POLIM) to BGN 10.13. The others to push down the index were Monbat (MONBAT, BGN 28.09, -2.06%) and Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHLBL, BGN 10.05,-2.05%). FIMA Stock Monitor - Daily - Jan 14, 2008 Jan 15, 2008, 11:27 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Daily comment:The CROBEX closed down as asharp fall in the BDI affected this domestic stock prices. Dubrovnik based bulk carriers owner Atlantska plovidba (ATPL-R-A) fell by 2,4% to HRK 3.286 on a turnover of HRK 7,6 million. Pula based bulk and product carrier owner also recorder some fall in price, decreasing by 1,3% to HRK 3.500. Premium goods and health care products producer and distributor Atlantic Grupa (ATGR-R-A) benefited from positive news flow. Late on Friday the Zagreb SE announced that Atlantic Grupa is to become a CROBEX member. We estimates its weight at some 1,8%. Furthermore, the CO announced it acquired two drug store chains, and thus began the process of establishing the first drug store chain in Croatia. Atlantic made an IPO in November 2007 and its price fell by IPO`s 935 to today`s HRK 895. Money raised in IPO will be mainly used for acquisitions, while managements projections, that were fully realized (2007e), are based on the organic growth and do not include acquisitions. The co is well known by its successful series of business combinations (Cedevita, Neva, Multivita, Fidifarm…).We remain bullish on this stock. Construction data released today confirms a trend that favors big companies. The number of buildings permits issued in November fell by 28% (when compared to November 2006), while the value total works rose by 96% to HRK 3,8 billion. The growth is a result of growth in value of civil engineering works, while the value of works on buildings remained almost unchanged. Agricultural holding company Bozjakovina (BZJK-R-A) and milling and bakery company Dakovstina (DKVS-R-A) led the gainers today rising by 11,6% and 7,9% respectively. We still see growth potential for those stocks. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/fimastockmonitor-daily-jan14_2008-112540
