The Dueling Banjos scene from the 1972 American thriller film "Deliverance" by John Boorman.
This is one of cinemas greatest scenes. It shows two humans connecting without a word being spoken. It starts with two people and quickly pulls in the community. In a few minutes the creators showed these "odd" people to be a all be it different but lovable people who enjoy life in their own way but still as equal as the main characters. The craftsmanship is superb. Something that you can watch again and again to appreciate it’s beauty. This is visual poetry. (by J. Ray Chrétien)
