The Dueling Banjos scene from the 1972 American thriller film "Deliverance" by John Boorman.

This is one of cinemas greatest scenes. It shows two humans connecting without a word being spoken. It starts with two people and quickly pulls in the community. In a few minutes the creators showed these "odd" people to be a all be it different but lovable people who enjoy life in their own way but still as equal as the main characters.
