TBI Invest - Company Update - Bulgarian American Credit Bank AD, Dec 13, 2007 Dec 13, 2007, 15:04 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Recent developmentsBACB continues to perform better and better. The Q3 financial reports showed interest income rose 40% y-o-y, while net profit margin increased further to 62% of interest income. At this pace we expect net profit for 2007 to exceed BGN 49 million. Increasing competition including in the niche market that the bank is operating suggests a gradual decline in the profitability and the growth rates in the coming years. Taking this into account our DCF model shows that the bank is slightly overvalued at BGN 77.49 with a 12-month target price of BGN 83.40. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/tbiinvest-companyupdate-bulgarianamericancreditbnakad_dec13_2007-145808
TBI Invest - Company Update - Monbat AD, Dec 13, 2007 Dec 13, 2007, 17:14 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Recent developmentsMonbat continues with outstanding performance this year with a sales growth of 45% as of Q3 2007 and net profit of BGN 12 million, i.e. more than double the net profit for Q3 2006. Despite the record lead prices Monbat’s net profit margin rose to 14% as of Q3. Yet, the best news around Monbat are yet to come with the start of the battery recycling factories in Serbia and Romania which will further reduce the production costs. The company successfully implements its investment strategy to further increase its production capacity. Our DCF model shows a fair value of BGN 33 and a 12m target price of BGN 38.20. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/tbiinvest-companyupdate-monbatad_dec13_2007-171304

Raiffeisen Capital & Investment - Investment Daily Romania - Dec 13, 2007 Dec 13, 2007, 09:55 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Trader’s CommentBET lost during the session of Wednesday 0.91% while BET-FI went down 1.04% and BET-C 1.18%. The depreciation, which follows two consecutive days when optimism prevailed, could be explained by the negative signals from the international markets, with the decline of the US market and the drop of the European stocks in the first part of the day. Still, the closings were above the lows of the day, buyers timidly surfacing at the lower price levels. The only companies included in BET that closed the day positive were Transilvania Bank (TLV), which rose 0.57% and Antibiotice (ATB), which soared 2.27%. Among the SIFs, the evolution of SIF2 is remarkable in terms of volume (2.2 mn shares traded) and price-wise, as it succeeded to recover the losses incurred in the morning (the lows of the day reaching RON 3.4 per share), closing flat dod at RON 3.49 per share. As it appears that investors are closely monitoring the American and European markets, it remains to be seen what happens today, following yesterdays recovery of these markets. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/raiffeisencapital_investment-investmentdailyromania-dec13_2007-095542
