On July 03, 2007 the Court rejected COCR’s request for the annulment of the EGSM decision with respect to a share capital increa se. We remind that SIF3 and Mr. Stoica Daniel, a manager of a company controlled by COCR have another legal dispute with Mr. Stoica requesting the annulment and the suspension of the SIF3 EGSM decision.Although the dispute between SIF3 and Cocoris not resolved yet, we consider the developments an important step forward and it is only matters of time when SIF3 will definitely win the case. However, there could be a minor negative impact on the stock price in the short run, as those who expected the annulment of the share capital increase, thus betting on the share price appreciation, may create a short-term sell pressure. http://seenews.com/news/latestnews/raiffeisencapital_investment-investmentdailyromania-dec12_2007-140617
