FFBH - Bulgaria Morning Update - Nov 29, 2007 Nov 30, 2007, 09:28 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET WRAP-UPOn Wednesday we saw optimism that was definitely not present in the past couple of weeks. It seemed that the huge oversubscription in the Enemona IPO had left unused funds in the retail investors which were partially returned to the market again. Among the interesting moves was the 2.44% decline in Petrol (PET) where close to 2.4m shares changed hands to fix the average price at BGN 4.39. Still, that significant lost was more than offset by Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) BGN 10.10 (+9.54%) and Toplivo (TOPL) BGN 30.88 (+2.08%) which together drove SOFIX to 1,674.58 (+1.90%). The price weighted BG40 510.38 (-0.65%) was again influenced by Orgachim (ORGH), where sell pressure pushed the price 2.20% down to BGN 661.67 bps. The youngest of the indices, BGTR30, gained 1.46% to 1,078.01 bps after the positive moves in First Investment Bank (FIB) BGN 11.38 (+3.55%), Corporate Commercial Bank (CORP) BGN 95.16 (+2.30%) and Stara Planina Hold (CENHL) BGN 8.02 (+4.84%). Co mpensation instruments were traded in the range BGN 0.40 – 0.41 in small deals only.

FIMA Stock Monitor - Daily - Nov 29, 2007 Nov 30, 2007, 10:34 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Daily comment:The domestic stock exchange saw a breath of optimism today as investors became more confident on conclusion of the Government establishing process. Yesterday, the ruling HDZ made one more step towards another mandate as it acquired a support of another legislator. The CROBEX rose by 0,56% to 4626 points on low turnover of only HRK 54 million. Obviously, some of the investors are awaiting a definite end of a current political situation. Despite today`s advance, the popular benchmark still remains 14,2% below its all time high of 5393 points registered on October the 15th. Integrated telecom HT (HT-R-A) was the top volume issue. Its price rose by 0,59% to HRK 340. Shipping and tourism company Atlantska plovidba (ATPL-R-A) rose on headlines stating that company is planning start its new fleet development program through acquisition of 6 new bulk carriers till 2011. Just to remind, Atlantska plovidba is in the process of fleet renewal. Currently it is building 5 new vessels, while two panama bulk carriers were acquired few months ago. First renewal program costs some USD 300 million, while second stage requires another USD 200 million. Furthermore, the BDI managed to stop its declining trend, what also helped ATPL. Food and pharmaceutical company Podravka (PODR-R-A) declined by 2,08% despite share buy backs. Telecom solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla (ERNT-R-A) added 2,82% to HRK 2884 on a turnover of HRK 4,6 million. Preferred Adris Group (ADRS-P-A) share rose on both technical and fundamental reasons, as investors did not have time to value its good Q3 results amid overall market fall. Preferred Adris Group share rose by 3,23% to HRK 480 on a turnover of HRK 2,3 million. Premium goods producer and distributor Atlantic Group (ATGR-RA) announced a deal of distribution of Zvecevo`s (ZVCV-R-A) products in Macedonia. Today, this did not help either Zvecevo or Atlantic as ATGR fell by 2,11% and Zvecevo remained unchanged.
