Elana - Bulgaria Daily Report - Nov 27, 2007 Nov 28, 2007, 09:10 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET HIGHLIGHTSThe low trading activity continued to persist over the Bulgarian stock market. Indices wavered between positive and negative territory and closed Tuesday’s session near the flat line. Even liquid positions like Chimimport (CHIM: 14.39; -0.76%) were obsessed by the lethargy. Most investors waited the official results from the IPO of Enemona, which wasn’t announced till the end of the session. Albena (ALB: 113.73; +4.09%) was the best performer among SOFIX’s components in higher volumes than the average for the previous month. Large deal at BGN 113.75 boosted ALB’s price.M+S Hydraulic (MCH: 14.38; +2.72%) also supported the main index in light volumes. The banking sector closed in the green with the exception of Bulgarian American Credit Bank (BACB: 67.91; -2.85%).

FIMA Stock Monitor - Daily - Nov 27, 2007 Nov 28, 2007, 09:30 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Daily comment:The Zagreb Stock Exchange sold off as concerns regarding the constitution of new government scared off investors and erased yesterday’s gains.Namely, despite the fact that it won less mandates than ruling Croatian Democratic Union, opposition Social Democratic Party, that is keen to introduction of the tax on capital gain, stated that it will try to constitute the Government. However, we see small chances for this to happen and expect HDZ to remain the ruling party. Another factor that helped the CROBEX to close 1,6% down is a falling BDI as the shipping stock have 14,0% weight in the domestic benchmark. Thus, Dubrovnik based Atlantska plovida (ATPL-R-A) was today’s lagging mover. It fell by 3,8% to HRK 3.020 on a turnover of HRK 5,1 million. Bulk and container shipping company Jadroplov (JDPL-R-A) plunged by 2,8% to HRK 689,9 following the mentioned downward freight rate trend. Integrated telecom HT (HT-R-A) was the top volume issue as it collected turnover of HRK 11,6 million. Due to the fact that HT is actively traded for more than 30 working days, we see it being a reason for extraordinary CROBEX revision and becoming a heaviest component of the popular benchmark. Food and pharmaceutical sectors were among today’s rare gainers. Veterina (VERN-R-A) added 0,9%, Pliva (PLVA-R-A) increased 0,6% Agrokor`s Belje (BLJE-R-A) and PIK Vinkovci by 0,7% and 1,7%. Milling and bakery company ?akovština (DKVS-R-A) was also among today`s risers as investors awarded Governments attention to make a debt to equity swap and to increase its stake from 8,0% to 30,7%. The share capital will be increased by HRK 78,2 million through issuance of 260.676 new shares. ?akovstina rose by 3,3% to HRK 199,98 on minimum turnover.

Erste Securities - Croatian Equity Daily - Nov 28, 2007 Nov 28, 2007, 10:04 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET COMMENTCroatian equity market returned to negative territory on Tuesday. The market recorded low turnovers and the Crobex lost 1.6%, mostly due to bad performances of Atlantska plovidba (-3.8%), Viro (-3.6%), Croatia osiguranje (-3.2%), Zagrebacka banka (-3.1%), Jadroplov (-2.8%), Adris (-2.7%) and Ericsson Nikola Tesla (-2.4%). Recently listed companies T-Hrvatski Telekom and Atlantic Group also closed in red territory recording price decreases of 1.4% and 1.2%, respectively. Good performance and green closings were seen by Viadukt (+2.6%), Djuro DJakovic montaza (+2.1%) and Luka Ploce (+2%). After the news on the acquisition in Macedonia was released, Lura Group gained 2.3%.
