Elana - Bulgaria Daily Report - Nov 23, 2007 Nov 26, 2007, 09:07 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET HIGHLIGHTSThe Bulgarian stock market stepped back and closed the session slightly lower. The trading was subdued as investors stayed aside of the market. Albena Holding (ALBHL: 20.10; +3.50%) erased some of its recent losses. Small caps with low liquidity were among top performers due to the wide price range and the participation of small speculators. Eurohold Bulgaria (EUBG: 6.66; -0.45%) was the most traded position for consecutive session. Odessos (ODES: 309.74; +2.43%) supported BG40 in light volumes. Synergon Holding (PETHL: 14.36; +0.35%) closed slightly up. PETHL was traded in the recent price range in moderate volumes. The interest was mainly from speculators through the on-line system COBOS. The holding’s subsidiary Toplivo (TOPL: 30.44; -1.74%) lost some ground. The liquidity decreased for consecutive session and we expect that the market will be thin also in Monday during the subscription period of Enemona IPO. However, Bulgarian stocks will remain under pr essure before any visible revival in developed stock markets take place.

FFBH - Bulgaria Morning Update - Nov 26, 2007 Nov 26, 2007, 10:50 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET WRAP-UPThe Friday session was marked with low volumes and no significant moves. In the centre of attention of the market participants was the upcoming IPO of Enemona although the deadline for submitting orders was 26.11.2007 (Monday). The results from the offering will be released on Tuesday and they will definitely carry important messages about the overall sentiment on the market. The company to influence SOFIX 1,649.46 (-0.54%) most was Bulgarian Telecommunication Company (BTC) BGN 9.77 (-6.69%) with only 782 shares changing hands and which tender offer expired on Friday. Now the results should be published and if the tender offer was successful the company would go on for delisting. The others to push down SOFIX were Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) BGN 9.39 (-2.19%) and Petrol (PET) BGN 4.37 (-5.00%). BG40 516.35 (+0.15%) gained several basis points supported by Odessos Shiprepair Yard (ODES) BGN 309.74 (+2.43%) while BGTR30 1052.64 (-0.68%) stayed in the red zone a fter the negative moves in CCB and PET.

Elana - BSE-Sofia Weekly Overview - Nov 23, 2007 Nov 26, 2007, 11:19 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews Market TrendThe market moved lower last week. A renewed wave of selling interest pushed indices to new lows. SOFIX lost 5.7% on weekly basis. BG40 felt by 4.7%. The prices settled in the recent range and the market consolidated at current levels. Large investors stepped aside from the market as they are more reluctant to sell at current prices. The forthcoming IPOs and capital increases also limited the gains. Most positions closed the week in the red. Small caps with low liquidity were among top performers due to the wide price range and the participation of small speculators. The rebound after the heavy losses in Tuesday was meager and is a sign of the more pessimistic market view. One of the reasons remains the losses of world stock markets.

FFBH - Bulgaria Weekly Update - Nov 19 - 23, 2007 Nov 26, 2007, 11:41 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET WRAP-UPThe negative trend continued last week as SOFIX lost 5.7% WoW to 1,649.46 bps while BG40 closed the week at 516.35 bps. (-4.7% WoW). Volumes remained low as retail investors moved the market during the week while institutional investors seemed to stay away from trading. Again we saw bigger volumes in issues which have large free floats and allow investors to collect cash without pushing the price down a lot. The week winner was Economic and Investment Bank (BRIB) while the looser was Kremikovtzi (KREM) which lost 38.2% after the news that bond trustees may claim breach of covenants on bond issue. Now we do expect the most important event this week to be Enemona IPO which will be on Monday, Nov 26.

Elana - Bulgaria Daily Report - Nov 26, 2007 Nov 26, 2007, 15:44 CET | Broker’s Report | SeeNews MARKET HIGHLIGHTSThe market settled in the recent price range in low trading activity. Only several positions were in investors’ focus and contributed for the turnover. The IPO of Enemona and the requirement for preliminary payment of the cash limited the activity. The number of deals remained lower, but this is usually during large IPOs. Central Cooperative Bank (CCB: 9.06; -3.51%) continued to weaken. First Investment Bank (FIB: 10.98; +0.37%) attracted the market attention and set up 18% from the daily turnover. The interest was mainly from large investors.Chimimport (CHIM: 14.50; -0.89%) was the most traded position for consecutive session. Most deals were for small amounts. Doverie United Holding (DOVUHL: 12.98; +2.45%) outperformed among holdings in moderate volumes. DOVUHL will lead an extraordinary General meeting of shareholders on December, 4. This week is the final for announcement of consolidated 3Q financial reports.
