Today FEMEN girls ripped the opening of Week of Iranian Culture in Ukraine by bursting in the first event topless. Girls in wreaths, with the loops around their necks and in paranjas interrupted the speech of Iranian Ambassador Akbar Gasemi Ali-Abady with slogans like “Don’t kill your women” and “Stop the bloody regime”. Sure, brave Iranian men didn’t confuse – they rudely grabbed girls and took them off in one moment.

As you can remember in November, 3rd, FEMEN expressed their protest near the Iranian Embassy. It was due to the scandal story around the Iranian woman who was blamed in the adultery and sentenced to the death penalty by stones beating. Alexandra Shevchenko stated that FEMEN won’t accept such an ugly gender discrimination wherever it is.
