In the April issue of Inside Ukraine, ICPS takes an in-depth look at the foreign and education policies of the new Government. Ukraine’s security policy seems to be under going drastic change - without any evident strategy. Russia’s Black See Fleet has had its stay extended until 2042 in exchange for gas price concessions.

The new Education Minister stepped out with a proposal to scrap independent external testing, an anti-corruption measure aimed at the university admission process.
