According to Fitch, the decision comes following the worsening of company’s credit profile and operating cash flow, high indebtedness and weaker interest coverage ratios. We remind that TRG is the majority shareholder of the Romania’s listed Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC). We consider the news as negative for RRC, as it will lead to higher financing costs for the company.
