We remind that Stoica Daniel filed a similar legal complaint to the one of Cocor SA (COCR), namely the annulment of SIF3’s EGSM resolution, including the cancelation of the 1:1 bonus share paid in 2007. SIF3 definitively won its legal debate with COCR over the same issue in a Bucharest Court. SIF3 said that it would appeal this decision of Brasov Court within 15 days. We consider that the chances for Stoical Daniel to definitively win this legal dispute are slim, given that the bonus shares are already tradable and that a superior Court has issued a different decision on the same issue. link
