BSE indices closed mixed with daily turnover reaching RON 15.03m, double compared to the previuos trading session while volumes hiked to 117.48m shares with major interest on Flamingo, Rompetrol Rafinare, Vrancart whose traded volume accounted for some 64% of the traded volume. However, BET slightly declined by 0.67% while BET-C merely advanced by 0.28%. BET-FI posted a small increase following a hefty gain of 6.61% in the previous trading session, whilst BET-XT declined by 0.14%. At the same time, BET-NG, energy and related utilities index, declined 1.67% as Rompetrol Rafinare lost 5.98%, Petrom gained 1.63% while Transgaz shed by 0.47% at the same extent with Transelectrica, namely 0.58%. The SIFs were suspended from trading in the morning as the Ministry of Finance approved an ordinance drafted by the National Securities Comission that will permit to the SIFs to re port the write-downs directly through equity, without impacting the P&L.
