The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Anders Fogh Rasmussen, will pay a working visit to Russia on Wednesday 3 November 2010. As part of preparations for the upcoming Summit of the NATO-Russia Council (NRC) in Lisbon on 20th November he will hold consultations in Moscow with the President of the Russian Federation, H.E. Mr. Dmitry Medvedev and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
