Basisbank reported loss of 4.26 million lari in the 1st quarter. To remind, the bank fixed profit of 1.51 million lari in the same period of 2008.
EBRD MAY ACQUIRE SHARE IN LLC MARNEULI FOOD PLANT
Giorgi Dekanosidze, director of LLC Marneuli Food Plant, has told Sarke that negotiations with EBRD are underway regarding selling of share in the company. Details are not specified at this stage, however.
AUCTION TO BE HELD ON 18 MINING LICENSES
Economic Development Minister has brought 18 mining licenses on auction. Starting price of the licenses makes up 536,937 lari in total.
FOUR COMPANIES INTERESTED IN KUTAISI STATION RECONSTRUCTION
As LLC Georgian Railway told Sarke, 4 companies expressed interest in reconstruction of Kutaisi passenger station. The mentioned companies are LLC Dagi, LLC Inzhmsheni-96, LLC Kombiteki and LLC Alizi.
WATER SYSTEM REHABILITATION TO START IN GARDABANI
Gamgeoba (local administration) of Gardabani announced a tender on water system rehabilitation. The tender, divided into two lots, will be held on May 27.
