EXPORT TO ITALY REDUCED IN 2008
Georgian Statistics Department informs that Georgian export to Italy amounted to $17.1 million in 2008, which is less by 3.6% compared with the 2007. At the same time, volume of main export article (mineral, nitrogen and other fertilizers) increased 3.3 times compared with 2007, amounting to $6.2 million.
TRAFFIC ON SEVERAL ROADS IS RESTRICTED BECAUSE OF HEAVY SNOW
Georgian Roads Department announces that traffic for trailers, semitrailers and buses for over 30 passengers is prohibited on Gudauri-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road because of the heavy snow. The same restrictions apply the traffic on Nakerala pass (37-73 km section of Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road).

DISPUTE BETWEEN LLC INFOTEL AND JSC UNITED TELECOM TO BE SETTLED THIS WEEK
Georgian Communalizations Commission informed that it will hold the meeting this week, which should settle a dispute connected with interconnection agreement between LLC Infotel and JSC United Telecom. At the meeting, which was held on February 20, the companies requested several days in order to make their final decisions, the Commission noted.

Press service of Tbilisi City Court reported about decision made these days, according to which action of Joseph Kay (a distant relative of deceased businessman Badri Patarkatsishvili) towards Inna Gudavadze (widow of Patarkatsishvili) was partly satisfied. The matter concerns execution of the last will of Patarkatsishvili and management of his inheritance.
