LEADER OF PARLIAMENTARY MINORITY DEMANDS SOFTENING OF SANCTIONS ON STREET TRADE
According to Giorgi Targamadze, the leader of the Parliamentary minority, it is not reasonable to confiscate merchandise and impose fines during the first revelation of the unauthorized street trading.
The MP, explaining that street traders may know nothing about the new rules, demands to inform street traders in the written form before imposing of the sanctions.

DONORS PLAN TO ALLOT $177M FOR GAS STORAGE CONSTRUCTION IN GEORGIA
TI-Georgia, Georgian branch of Transparency International, reports that $177 million out of the aid, issued by donors, may be directed at construction of the gas storage in Georgia.
The mentioned sum is mentioned in the Joint Needs Assessment document, which was prepared by the joint commission of the World Bank, European Commission and UN and was submitted to the donors’ conference in Brussels on October 22, 2008.

VILLAGE SADGERI OF BORJOMI DISTRICT WILL GET NATURAL GAS FROM TODAY
As Georgian Energy Ministry reports, 130 families of the village Sadgeri of Borjomi district will get natural gas from today. Gas supply is implemented through gas pipeline of 4.6 km, constructed by distribution company Itera-Georgia.
AIR COMPANY SKY GEORGIA WILL SELL A NUMBER OF TICKETS AT 10 EUR DURING WINTER SEASON
As air company Sky Georgia reports, the company will sell a certain number of tickets at 10 EUR during the winter season.
Such kind of discount will spread at the first 200-250 tickets, sold in a month.

As Georgian Energy Ministry reports, at this stage census of residents of the expected site of KhudonHES (Khudon hydroelectric station) construction is under way. The census should be finished by November 30, after which compensation mechanism will be defined.
