TEA BRANCH REHABILITATION PLAN WAS SUBMITTED TO THE PARLIAMENT

Tengiz Svanidze, head of Tea Producers’ Association Georgian Tea, reports that the Association finished working on rehabilitation plan of the branch. The document was submitted to the Parliament 10 days ago, but its discussion is dragged on because of the current political events.

BRIDGE OPENED IN CHKHOROTSKU

According to Georgian Road Department, bridge over river Tsivi has been opened in Chkhorotsku district (Samegrelo region) today. Cost of works made up 1.7 million lari.

LLC FORTROSE GEORGIA TO PRODUCE NEW TYPES OF ICE CREAM AT THE BEGINNING OF JUNE

Elizbar Trapaidze, head of marketing and sales service of LLC FortRose Georgia, told Sarke that it is planned to produce two new types of ice cream at the beginning of June (crème brulee with vanilla and caramel with chocolate). Ice cream will be sold in portion packs and its wholesale price will make up 0.30 lari, while end price – 0.40 lari.

KOR STANDARD BANK STARTED NEW DRAWING FOR DEPOSITORS

KOR Standard Bank has launched drawing for depositors on May 15. The drawing is available for those depositors, who will open deposit until November 15.

JSC TAMARIONI FINISHED YEAR 2008 WITH PROFIT OF 800 LARI

JSC Tamarioni reports that its profit amounted to 800 lari in 2008. It should be mentioned that the company finished the year 2007 with losses of 4,900 lari.
