Collecting 9 m HRK in turnover Ina is top volume issue, as possible share swap between Croatian Government and Hungarian MOL attracted investor’s attention. Media are speculating about an agreement in which shares would be swapped in 1:3 ratio giving Croatian government 1 share of Mol for 3 shares of Ina. Ina lost 0,3%. Snacks, coffee & tea producer Frank (FRNK-R-A) was in investors’ focus today collecting HRK 2,1 million followed by 3,7% price increase. Franck manage to deliver good results two quarters in a raw (4Q 2007 and 1Q 2008). After 5 years of decreasing and stagnating sales, Co found the way how to improve business. It seems that the management changes introduced last year gave results. In 1Q sales grew 14% driven by both, domesti c and foreign. Despite new financial arrangements and new acquisition plans, distributor & healthcare products producer Atlantic Group (ATGR-R-A) dropped 1% on HRK 0,1 million turnover. The company already formed leading private pharmacy chain but does not plan to stop there as it announced further acquisition in this sector. Also, the company plans to launch brand extension of their most important brand Cedevita. With this product, ATGR will become one of the pioneers in almost ready to drink segment. link
