Stock turnover amounted to HRK 42 million. Construction engineering company Ingra (INGR-R-A) announced it has acquired 100% equity of Macedonian engineering company Mavrovo inzenjering ltd. In 2007 Mavrovo Inzenjering sales amounted to HRK 109 million which is 16% of Ingra’s last year’s sales. Earlier this year, Ingra acquired 79% of shareholders capital of Macedonian construction company GP Mavrovo. This Macedonian constructor had sales of some HRK 185 million in 2007 (audited and consolidated) and combined with Mavrovo inzenjering would add some HRK 295 million to Ingra’s sales or some 43,7% of Co’s 2007 sales. Ingra’s share added 1,6% today collecting HRK 0,7 million in turnover. Other construction companies performed well today with heavy constructor and power trunk producer Dalekovod (DL KV-R-A) gaining 2,9%, construction consultancy Institut gradevinarstva Hrvatske (IGHR- A) 1,9%, and civil engineering company Hidroelektra niskogradnja (HDEL-R-A) 8,3%. Metal holding company Duro Dakovic Holding (DDJH-RA) dropped 1,2% on HRK 0,3 million turnover. Newspapers are speculating that the company will sell its 65,3% stake in Duro Dakovic Montaza (DDJM-R-A) as their future strategy is oriented towards development of their core business, production of military equipment, heavy industry equipment, and energy related equipment. DDJM’s last price of HRK 800 would value DDJH stake in the company at HRK 132 million or 1/3 DDJH current market capitalization. link

Following the transaction, Tender SA reduced its stake in Prospectiuni to 69.6%.Armax Gaz chief buys stakeAccording to media reports, Mr. Mircea Vescan, majority shareholder of oil&gas equipment manufacturer Armax Gaz (ARAX) has in the last several days acquired some 3.7 mn shares in the company, or about 0.62% of the share capital. The average share price was 25% lower YTD and more than four times lower than last years maximum. In May last year, Mr. Vescan has sold 6.2% in ARAX for some RON 8.1 mn. At the time, he stated the sale was necessary as he needed the cash to subscribe in the companys capital increase. According to management, ARAX is in a favorable position this year as it has a capacity utilization rate of fewer than 50% and wants to invest more than EUR 6 mn in production capacity increase and IT systems.
