On June 21-22, in Strasbourg (France) a sitting of Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) took place.

During the session a special rapporteur Dick Marty represented a report Legal remedies for human rights violations in the North-Caucasus Region which he wrote on the results of his trip to the region, and the respective resolution

During the whole session a film Victims Take the Floor was being translated on a broad screen in the PACE building – interviews about human rights violations in the North Caucasus. The film was specially prepared by HRC Memorial members for PACE meeting on June 21-22, 2010. Dick Marty met with all of the interviewed during his visit to the North Caucasus in Spring 2010
