Alleghiamo l’invito per il seminario dal titolo “Analisi delle procedure di assorbimento dei Fondi Strutturali Europei in Romania: problemi e soluzioni, con un focus sul POS-DRU”, organizzato dalla Camera di Commercio Italiana per la Romania (CCIpR) in data 29 aprile 2010, pregando gli interessati di dare conferma di partecipazione entro

How can I suspend the activity of a Romanian company? The suspension procedure implies filing a procedure with local Trade Register office where the company is incorporated.
How do I register the suspension with the Romanian Fiscal Authorities? The second step of the suspension procedure is filing the decision emitted by the Trade Register with the Romanian Fiscal Authorities to obtain a derogatory status. In order to this to happen the company’s accounts must be filed to date and the company cannot have outstanding debts.
How can I register as a Gambling Operator in Romania? Theoretically, organizing and performing gambling activities in Romania constitutes state monopoly; however the state may grant the right to organize and perform gambling activities based on license and authorization for performing such activities (these being two distinct documents).
