Defence Ministers to review operations, transformation in Krakow

Meeting in preparation for the upcoming NATO Summit in April, Allied Defence Ministers will review ongoing operations and the Alliance ’s transformation during informal discussions in Krakow, Poland, on 19 and 20 February.

AWACS provide airspace security for NATO meeting in Krakow

At the request of Polish national authorities, E-3A AWACS aircraft from the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Force (NAEW&C Force) will provide airspace security and surveillance support during the upcoming informal meeting of NATO Defence Ministers in Krakow Poland from 19-20 February 2009.
