Hugs, cops and schizophrenia

FEMEN activist Inna Shevchenko was arrested today at Khreschatyk during the ... photo project dedicated to the International Day of hugs. Fully clothed women activists with placards «Free hugs» cuddled on the central square of Kiev. Policemen motivated detention with sentence: "Why do you go in a big company?". Also, the servants of the law charged Inna wearing too short skirts. Not found in the activist’s clothing sufficient cause for detention, the police asked for instructions to an unknown caller. Use a hint "call a friend", cops have corrected the wording of the law, so the official reason for detention was violation of the order of the public actions.

When Inna was seated in a car, another FEMEN activist Alexandra Shevchenko tried to stop the police arbitrary and fell under the wheels of a police car. Sasha was pulled out from under the car and was left lying on the asphalt.

The «Free hugs» movement exists worldwide for more than a dozen years, and only in Ukraine, it was called unlawful action, which undermines the foundations of statehood and morality.

In fact, yesterday’s Mogilev’s prophecy about the «bloody actions and methods of obstacles», began to act today. Apparently, the Interior Minister is now watching in the nightmares do not only Tymoshenko’s braid, but also a FEMEN’s wreath.
