On April 29, 2010, on Tuesday, at 2 pm in the Independent press-center press-conference "Events in Kyrgyzstan. Analysis from human rights perspective" will take place.

Vitaly Ponomarev, member of the Board of HRC Memorial, head of the Central Asian Programme of HRC Memorial, will speak at the conference.

Vitaly Ponovamrev has just returned from a long trip to Kyrgyzstan. He witnessed the evens in Bishkek, Jalalabad and Osh, met local human rights defenders, other civil society members, participants of the events. At the press-conference Ponomarev will speak about recent events in the republic, voice Memorial’s point of view at them.
