Extraordinary session of Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council

Energy Ministers Meeting Only under the Presidency of Mr Martin ŘÍMAN Minister for Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic

Due to the present situation caused by interruptions of gas supplies from Russia via the Ukraine that created serious difficulties for a number of EU countries, the EU energy ministers will meet on Monday, 12 January in Brussels for an extraordinary Council to look at the situation on the energy market and to discuss the concrete measures to be taken.
