- Clarification of today’s RS Government press release (10.06.2010)

Referring to the June 10th press release issued by the RS Prime Minister’s Office and the follow-up misunderstanding that it caused, EU Delegation to BiH would like to clarify the position expressed by the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH Dimitris Kourkoulas in his meeting with the RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik, affirming that further changes to the BiH Constitution, including the ones stated by the European Court of Human Rights in the Sejdic and Finci case, will be required in order for Bosnia and Herzegovina to make steps on the path to the EU integration.

Pozivajući se na saopštenje za javnost od 10. juna koje je izdao kabinet predsjednika Vlade RS i nesporazum koji je prouzrokovao, Delegacija EU u BiH želi da pojasni stav koji je šef Delegacije EU u BiH Dimitris Kourkoulas izrazio na sastanku sa premijerom RS Miloradom Dodikom, potvrđujući da će dalje promjene Ustava BiH biti neophodne, uključujući i one koje je naveo Evropski sud za ljudska prava u predmetu Sejdić i Finci, kako bi Bosna i Hercegovina krenula naprijed na putu EU integracija.
