Another Court Hearing in the Orlov’s Case Took Place

Today, on December 16, 2010, another court hearing in criminal case on libel initiated against the chair of the Board of Human Rights Center Memorial, Oleg Orlov, took place at the court district No. 363 of Khamovniki district of Moscow (1905 year street, 4, bld. 1).

Witnesses for the defense took the floor, including Ekaterina Sokirianskaia (HRC Memorial member) and Tatiana Lokshina (deputy director of the Moscow bureau of Human Rights Watch).

At the next hearing that will take place on January 13, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the same court district questioning of the witnesses of the defense will continue.
